Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, for the construction of residential compounds.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the project team.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for residential building projects.
Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Review and approve change orders, variations, and contract modifications to maintain project scope and budget control.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Provide guidance and support to team members, resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and design teams to develop project specifications and requirements.
Liaise with local authorities, obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
Address client concerns, provide regular updates on project progress, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on the construction site.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on residential compounds, Buildings, and Villas.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Effective leadership and team management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
